Estaryia (aka Estara) is an author, speaker, sound and movement educator, sacred dance artist, motion coach and sound consultant for theatre, film & video; choreographer, vocal ceremonialist, recording artist and intuitive channel.
For over 15 years her performances, compelling speeches, articles and workshops have brought the power of healing through harmonics and motion to a wide, diverse audience.
Estaryia’s range of talents and interests inspire her to teach and present breakthrough sound healing programs to corporations, health-care centers, spas and conferences; as well as to choreograph, produce and perform in multi-media sound and dance extravaganzas. |

Biography
Estaryia’s experience with the stage and leadership began at age 11 when she won a national middle-eastern dance contest after taking only 6 dance lessons. While living and working in New York City, she studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory, The Acting Studio, HB Studios, and with Uta Hagen. Her popularity as an international performer and presenter has led her to teach, perform and lead groups to sacred sites throughout the US, Europe, Morocco, Egypt, Mexico, Turkey and Indonesia. She has performed at events such as the World Festival of Sacred Music (initiated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama), Jefferson Starship Peace Concert, California Music Awards, Maui Film Festival and for the royal family of Saudi Arabia.
Estaryia has given public presentations including the Harmonic Unified Wave™ at events such as the Sustainable World Symposium, World Wellness Weekend with Deepak Chopra, Parliament of the World’s Religions and PlaNetwork Conference. She has also appeared on national television, including her work being featured on CBS TV’s “Eye On America.”
At the heart of it all, Estaryia’s mission is to reconnect people with the Earth through sound harmonics and movement. She has expanded this mission by creating Earth Consciousness Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of humanity’s interconnection with the Earth and uniting people and cultures globally.
Estaryia is a staff member teaching regularly at both the Healus Neuro-Rehab Center and the Institute of Psychoacoustics. Also, she is a member of the Marin Association of Female Executives and the Chalice Well Trust.
Estaryia has produced a series of “Sound Healing Frequency” CD’s
using brain wave entrainment methods and sound frequencies based on scientific research.
