In this intuitive healing session, Estaryia first will guide you through rhythmic breathing exercises to release blocked energy. The session begins with identifying areas in your body that are blocked, tight, or need more breath and energy flowing through them. You will be guided through specific breath, movement and sound techniques to open theses areas as well as your energy centers (chakras). You will learn how to ground, release and receive energy through these practices. This process allows for unprocessed emotions to be revealed and healed. Once your body and energy field are open we then begin the sound healing with various sound healing instruments.
